When I first started working with Jay Kara, the content was mainly trend based. He was jumping on TikTok and Instagram trends, and I was there filming and helping bring the ideas to life. It started as reactive content, moving with whatever was popular at the time.
Over time, we realised trends alone were not enough to build something sustainable. That is when the shift happened. Instead of only reacting to what was viral, we began creating our own structured content formula through skits. We developed repeatable formats, recurring characters and relatable gym scenarios that people could instantly recognise. The content became intentional rather than random.
As that transition happened, my role evolved. I took ownership of filming and editing, shaping the pacing, timing and delivery so each video landed stronger. Consistency became the foundation. I have now recorded and edited over 250 short form skits and more than 50 YouTube videos, helping build a recognisable identity across platforms.
The short form skits drive reach and discoverability, while the long form YouTube videos build deeper connection and loyalty. Together, they create a system. The page develops a clear style and consistent presence, which plays a major role in scaling the brand to over one million followers combined.
As the brand continued to grow, so did the opportunities. I traveled with Jay across the United States, creating content in Chicago, Los Angeles, Ohio, Pittsburgh and New York, as well as internationally in Sweden, Cyprus and Mallorca. Working in different environments strengthened my ability to adapt while keeping the brand aligned and consistent.
Being part of this journey has given me real insight into how digital brands scale. It is not about one viral moment. It is about structure, repetition and consistent execution over time.
That experience shapes how I approach every project today. I focus on helping creators and brands move from random posting to structured, long term growth through content.
